Chris, the real problem is that a lot of Republicans can no longer discern the truth. I interviewed a woman who has spent years studying Italy and fascism and she gets attacked as knowing nothing.

The people attacking her and I are so dense they can’t accurately define the terms they’re using.

But that’s what see in many Republicans. They are aggressively ignorant, believe conspiracy theories over facts and disdain experts.

Here’s an example, Trump bashes elitists, but he comes from the elite. He inherited millions from his dad, got into an Ivy League school because of his connections and dodged the draft while poor kids died in Vietnam.

He’s a racist, pathological liar, conman and a psychopath. All those things are verifiable. But Republicans will argue to the death to deny these points. To them, black is white and vice versa. They want to debate reality. That’s why I delete most of their comments. You cannot have a discussion with someone who wants to argue the sky isn’t blue.
